The programme this year ‘Something Worth Sharing’ is a weekend of events to mark their 7th annual conference on Disability and Church. On Saturday 13 October 2018 their annual day conference they will explore what can we do to unlock gates and open our gifts by sharing ideas and practical resources for getting in and joining in, while on Sunday 14 October the Eucharist and Healing service for St Luke’s Day at St Martin’s will reflect on the themes of the weekend, using liturgy written by St Martin’s Disability Advisory Group and Healing Team.

There will also be a special screening of the feature-length documentary film ‘Defiant Lives’ which tells the story of the disability rights movement in the UK, US and Australia by mixing archive footage and recent interviews with disabled people who fought for a society where everyone can participate.
