DESCRIPTION:To be held at 7pm on Thursday\, 19 May 2016 at Notre Dame de France\, (The French Church) 5 Leicester Place\, WC2H 7BX\n\nIn 1865 the Marist Fathers purchased the building which housed the Leicester Square Panorama\, a precursor of the cinema\, to build a church for the service of the French community of London. Since then\, the parish of Notre Dame de France has become a living testimony to the faith and commitment of its priests and parishioners.\n\nThe visit will include:\n\n\tan act of worship together\n\ta short talk about the history of Notre Dame de France Church\, including its art and architecture\, and Refugee Centre\n\trefreshments\n\nAll are very welcome to join us\n\nPlease Note: This is a Roman Catholic Church.\nFor those wishing to attend beforehand there is Evening Prayer at 5.45 pm\, (R.C) Mass at 6pm\, followed by silent Eucharistic Adoration 6.30-7pm.
